Sales Representative Opportunity

SkyeTec Energy Services Division (ESD) is looking for an Sales Representative in our Energy Services division located in Jacksonville, FL. The Sales Representative Energy Services sales position is primarily responsible for developing and closing high level energy contracting sales opportunities through executive level relationships in public and private sector markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Securing appointments with top decision makers to discuss business solutions; including the repair and modernization of a facilities infrastructure.Developing and implementing market growth strategies that define value for geographical and market aligned clients.Understanding the changing dynamics of the energy market and governing legislation for large scale solutions based agreements.Management of disciplined sales process that delivers value to clients through agreed upon milestones and requirementsWorking knowledge of the emerging renewable energy market, LEED accreditation, and carbon monetization.Working with a team to develop a comprehensive proposal that includes technical solutions, financial solutions, and overall cost savings.Proposal presentation and contract negotiation.Maintaining ongoing customer relationships to insure customer satisfaction and future opportunities.

• Targeted markets include but are not limited to commercial property management, municipal power providers, and federal and city/county/state governments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or 5 years of direct energy services experience/ contracting sales.

• 5 years of large scale solution based sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or advanced degree preferred.Demonstrated group presentation skills.Energy management/retrofit background preferred.Related industry experience.

• Government contract experience a plus

Wind Mitigation Inspection Opportunities

The Program
SkyeTec is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to perform Wind Mitigation Inspections on homes and
buildings throughout the state of Florida. Only currently Florida licensed general, residential, and commercial
contractors, engineers, architects and building code officials are eligible for participation in this Quality Assurance Re-
Inspection program. Construction knowledge, attention to detail, communication and computer skills are essential
ingredients for fulfilling the scope of work for this program.

The Opportunity
If you are looking for consistent, ongoing income directly correlated to your work efforts, this opportunity could be for
you. We anticipate this program lasting a minimum of 18-24 months.
