SkyeTec partners with residential builders to provide environmentally sustainable, energy efficient, and healthier homes. We assist builders in choosing the most cost-effective and time-efficient Green program so that they can easily implement these initiatives into their projects. SkyeTec employs RESNET certified energy raters to perform ENERGY STAR ratings on newly constructed homes. SkyeTec also offers point generation services for Green programs, including LEED® certification.
