The SkyeTec Hospitality Program is a unique integration of preventative and diagnostic assessments of the indoor environmental quality of your hospitality properties. Our certified SkyeTec inspectors identify any environmental issues that may exist and provide third party validation of indoor environmental conditions to enhance your cleaning and maintenance efforts.

Our scope of services includes the evaluation of all common areas and twenty-five percent of the hotel rooms on a bi-annual basis.

  • Visual assessment
    – Microbial growth indicators of unusual moisture conditions
    – Assessment of stripped bedding
    – HVAC evaluation
  • Moisture survey with infrared technology
    – Evaluation of areas in the vicinity of plumbing fixtures, ceilings and at perimeter walls
  • Real-time measurement of indoor air quality parameters
    – Temperature, relative humidity, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc.
  • *Optional* (based on findings of visual assessment and known site conditions/ complaints)
    Microbiological sampling
    – Spore traps, VOCs, asbestos, lead based paint, radon, hydrogen sulfide and domestic water sampling, and surface samples for allergens
  • Technical Report to include findings, conclusions and recommendations
  • Green Consulting and Energy Evaluations
