SkyeTec is an indoor environmental consulting firm that provides third party assessments of building conditions, from pre-construction on. We have offered preventative moisture intrusion and quality assurance inspections to builders for the last eight years, and have performed thousands of IEQ assessments. As a leader in quality assurance, we have assisted builders in reducing warranty costs, minimizing construction delays, and documenting safe construction practices for critical facilities through our third-party programs.
SkyeTec service offerings include ENERGY STAR ® Certification, HERS Index Ratings, Environmental and Indoor Air Quality Assessments, Moisture Control strategies, and Insurance inspections. Our comprehensive programs ensure that your buildings are healthy and sustainable.
We employ environmental and construction professionals with an array of qualifications and experience, including: Certified Industrial Hygienists, RESNET Certified Home Energy Raters, General Contractors, MEP and Civil Engineers, LEED® APs, Professional Engineers, project managers and trade-specific experts.
