LEED EB Credit Fulfillment
SkyeTec offers the following credit fulfillments for LEED EB projects.
Commissioning: Investigation and Analysis
Through a systematic process, SkyeTec develops an understanding of the operation of the building’s major energy using systems, options for optimizing energy performance and a plan to achieve energy savings.
Existing Building Commissioning: Implementation
Minor improvements are implemented and planned capital projects are identified to ensure that the building’s major energy-using systems are repaired, operated and maintained effectively to optimize energy performance.
Existing Building Commissioning: Ongoing Commissioning
An ongoing commissioning program is implemented that includes elements of planning, system testing, performance verification, corrective action response, ongoing measurement and documentation to proactively address operating problems.
