Our professionals provide support for property claims validation in several ways.  You can use our online validation tool yourself (WEM), we can input claims into WEM for you, or we can perform more extensive desk audits for you (LAS). 

Water Event Manager (WEM) is a real-time, intelligent online model that scientifically and objectively verifies structural drying project scope and pricing for water mitigation services. Providing solutions to both mitigation contractors and property insurance carriers for structural drying water damage claims, WEM evaluations are based on actual drying science and IICRC guidelines.

Clients access concise reports on the structural drying project in realtime, verifying the scope and pricing being utilized on their water loss. Users benefit from objective, real-time validation of water loss services that result in efficient claims cycle time and appropriate costs.

Loss Audit Services (LAS) is a third-party audit-claim desk review service that offers the highest quality review, evaluation/verification of correct procedures, and agreed numbers on estimates and invoices prepared by contractors, independent adjusters, or any other source.

LAS helps reduce claims cycle time by preparing comprehensive reports in-house that evaluate the pricing and process of the contractor's work. If necessary, our experts will perform Agreed Price negotiations to help ensure a fair and accurate invoiced amount.

LAS offers the following third-party review services:

LAS Commercial Services provide desk audits for commercial mitigation services. These invoices are carefully reviewed by trained personnel to ensure that these large size jobs are not being overcharged.
